Rev. L. Francis Griffin Day Service

On Sunday, September 16th, the Robert Russa Moton Museum in partnership with First Baptist Church, is honored to host a service in honor of Rev. L. Francis Griffin’s 101st birthday. Reverend Griffin’s youngest son, Reverend Eric Griffin pastor of Saint Stephen United Church of Christ in Greensboro, NC will deliver the morning’s message.

Rev. L. Francis Griffin Day will be hosted at First Baptist Church, located at 100 S Main Street in Farmville, Virginia. The service will start at 11am on Sunday, September 16th and be followed by Repass in the Church Fellowship Hall. This event is free and open to the public.
